MySecretToys.com wants all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of these products however, we are unable to accept returns unless the product has a manufacturer defect. In case of defects, please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your order. Any products that are defective will be replaced for the same item. To contact us about a defective product please email returns@mysecrettoys.com , once we receive the email we will email you instructions on how the item can be returned to us.
Please note that we inspect all items before shipping to insure the product isn't damaged. If you receive your package and the box is damaged please keep the packing material and contact the delivery company to make a claim.
If for some reason you want to cancel your order with MySecretToys.com please email service@mysecrettoys.com and let us know that you want to cancel your order. Please have your order number and name included in the email.
If your order has already been processed and shipped then the order can not be canceled.
All canceled orders are charged a 20% cancellation fee.
